Citrus Pilates & More Inc. is a Boutique style Pilates and Massage Therapy studio. We are located in the heart of Citrus County Florida near the beautiful Villages of Citrus Hills and Terra Vista Country Club.
Citrus Pilates & More Inc. is equipped with classical Pilates apparatus by Gratz, Pilates Designs and Tirado. We offer Private & Semi-Private Pilates instruction as well as Massage Therapy services; by appointment only.

Holly Peterson B.A., LMT, CPT
Owner/Pilates Teacher/LMT
Holly began her career in the fitness/wellness industry in 1994. In 1996 she began studying Exercise Science at Wichita State University and completed her Bachelor’s degree with a minor in Gerontology in May of 1999. It was after graduation that Holly began classical Pilates teacher training with Powerhouse Fitness Systems owner and 2nd generation master Pilates teacher Aliesa George. She completed her training and certification in 2001. Holly and her husband moved to Citrus County, Florida in 2000 where she opened a Pilates studio inside the Achievement Center Physical Therapy. She felt massage therapy would be an asset for her clients and received her Massage Therapy License in March of 2004. She has continued to expand her massage therapy practice with various bodywork approaches. Holly began contemporary pilates training with Balanced Body Pilates in 2015 and completed their comprehensive bridge program certification. Holly has also completed the Classical Syllabus with master teacher MeJo Wiggin as well as the Beyond the Syllabus advanced workshop. She continues her education through specialty workshops such as Osteoporosis, Scoliosis and other specific body needs. Holly has 1,000+ hours of professional Pilates training.
Citrus Pilates & More Inc. is the culmination of a 25+ year journey for Holly with a goal to create a space that brings together a variety of approaches to mind & body care. She wants you to feel like the studio is a second home and for you to feel your best in body, mind & spirit.
Outside of the studio, Holly is an avid SCUBA diver and gardener. She is also an art enthusiast and enjoys challenging herself through various mediums.
Heather White Hagar, MFA
Pilates Teacher
A Florida native, Heather graduated cum laude with her BA Degree in Dance from the University of South Florida and holds an MFA in Dance Choreography from Jacksonville University. Although Heather has danced professionally, much of her professional dance career has been devoted to the education of dancers. Heather was the stretching/strengthening, as well as, jazz faculty for the American Academy of Ballet’s International Summer School at SUNY Purchase in New York for ten years.
In 2004, Heather became a Pilates mat-certified teacher through Power Pilates. She taught Pilates at Bella Vita Spa and Fitness Center from 2004 to 2011, leaving to start a family. Heather studied contemporary Pilates after having her son and continued to teach Pilates until 2015 when she retired from her dance school of 26 years to be a full-time mom.
Heather began training with Holly Peterson in 2020 at Citrus Pilates and More when a friend didn’t want to go alone to a Pilates session and has been a faithful client ever since. Heather will complete Pilates Space of Florida’s Comprehensive Classical Teacher Training program with Kerstin Korzekwa (2nd generation master Pilates teacher and student of Romana Kryzanowska, protégé of Joseph Pilates) in 2023. Heather is a certified teacher of the Cecchetti Council of America, Florida Dance Masters, Inc., and International Dance Acclaim.
When not practicing Pilates, you can find Heather on the tennis court, fishing, volunteering for Citrus County Blessings, or creating art installations.
