I started taking Pilates several years ago when I moved to Florida to be a caregiver for my mother. I wanted a strength training program that was easy on my joints and the controlled total body exercise and deep breath work that are a part of Pilates training appealed to me.
Holly is an amazing Pilates instructor! The low impact body workout she teaches has improved my core strength, flexibility, and balance dramatically. The best part of training with her is that I walk out of class feeling fully energized – knowing that I completed a full body workout using every muscle in my body from my head to my toes
The results of training with Holly are incredible. My chronic lower back pain has disappeared. I’ve learned to stop slouching and have much better posture and balance. I no longer take shallow breaths while exercising and the deep full breathing techniques I now use have reduced my stress level. Pilates training provides such an energy and confidence boost and I feel terrific at age 64!

In the 7 months I have been going to Citrus Pilates and More Inc., I am stronger and more confident in my physical abilities. I had a shoulder injury due to a fall, Holly Peterson designed a program that avoided using the injured muscle but strengthened the shoulder.
