In the 7 months I have been going to Citrus Pilates and More Inc., I am stronger and more confident in my physical abilities. I had a shoulder injury due to a fall, Holly Peterson designed a program that avoided using the injured muscle but strengthened the shoulder. Not only have I had a full recovery but my shoulder joint is stronger than it was before the injury. Working out with Holly doesn’t seem like exercise because it is so much fun. Thank you Holly!!!

As a physical therapist of over 15 years, I have always recommended Pilates to patients with various impairments. Recently, after sustaining a fracture I finally tried it myself and my only regret is that I didn’t do so earlier in life! As someone that has suffered from neck pain my entire adult life, I can say that Pilates has helped me to be pain free. Holly is an amazing instructor and is very knowledgeable about body mechanics. I love Citrus Pilates & More! Holly is patient, encouraging and knowledgeable and that has allowed me to progress at my own pace to become stronger and healthier.
