We will dive in and deepen your understanding of how your body moves through these activities or situations and teach you tools that can be used to gain more efficiency in those movements.
Workshops may cover clinical issues such as osteoporosis, scoliosis, and back pain or athletic endeavors such as golf, tennis, running, and more!
Workshops are generally 2 hours in length with a focus on each topic. Let us help you find the tools to move better no matter what is on your to-do list.
